AI-READY SPECIFICATIONS

What travels inside every AI-Ready file.

A plain-language specification of the metadata, documentation and delivery structure in every AI-Ready Record, so your team, your agencies and the systems that index your work all read the same facts.

Why It Matters Now

55%

of U.S. adults surveyed say AI chat is now their main or a frequent research tool.
Orbit Media, AI-Search Adoption Survey, March 2026 (1,110 U.S. respondents)

People increasingly meet you, your leadership and your institution through AI answers and search results. Those systems read what is written into and around an image: who made it, who and what it shows, where, when, and on what terms it may be used. An image without that information is easy to misread, misattribute or replace.

New rules from Europe and California now require AI-generated images to be labeled. Original photography benefits from being labeled just as clearly.

Leadership imagery that is properly labeled and documented as original capture is a defensible trust asset.
