Standard Terms of Use

• No Unauthorized Use: Images may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, stored, manipulated, or altered without a signed commercial license or written permission from the photographer.

• AI Training Prohibited; Indexing Permitted. These images may not be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate generative AI or machine-learning models, or included in any dataset assembled for that purpose. Indexing, retrieval, citation, and display by search engines and AI answer engines — with creator, credit, and licensing metadata intact — is expressly permitted.

• Metadata Integrity: Delivered files carry embedded IPTC and EXIF metadata identifying authorship and licensing. This data must remain intact. Stripping or altering it is a violation of these terms.
